We have many questions during our lives. Some of them very philosophical (where I am coming from, where I am going to after death, why I am here), some of them very "down to earth" (how can I be happy, how can I get more money, how can I have a happy family). For most of them, we know the answer, or at least we think we know. Till we find that that answer was not the one and we find another answer to the same question. The questions remain, but the answers are changing. The world stays the same, the real facts probably are not changing very much, but for us everything is changing even from one minute to another. Why is that?
One of the answers could be that we are changing, but still we don't know the answers. Is there a possibility to find out the answers to all our questions? If we follow the logic, if the world stays the same, but out perception is changing, this means that we may want to try to know ourselves first in order to understand the world.
Here is the solution I was lucky to find out from Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji's new method for Self Realization. It worked for me. It gave me the answers to all my questions. It may work for you so it is worth trying.
First Step: You should come to one of the Sahaja Yoga public programs that are free all over the world. Here you will learn that inside us there are millions of energetic channels and centers and you will find that you can actually control the energy flowing through them. You will find out that this energy is the one that is keeping us alive. There is another residual energy (Kundalini) in a dormant state at the base of your spine. Using this energy, you can do miracles: you can find out everything about yourself (that is why the process is called Self Realization), you can find the answer to any question. How? Please come and you will find out.
Second Step: Find out where your problems are and work them out
Sahaja Yoga gives us a simple solution for that. Using the Kundalini energy you can find out what are a good centers (chakras) and what are the weak ones. How long it will take to learn that? Hardly, one month! How long it will take to solve all your problems? Its up to you!
Third Step: Be your own guru! Even if it sounds unbelievable, if you know our problems, if we know how to solve them, this means that you are your own master (guru). If we succeed or not, again, it up to us.
Fourth Step: Enjoy the rest of your life! Shri Mataji told us that we live our life balancing from one extreme to another: from happiness to unhappiness, from laughing to crying, from being very active, to being depressed. The only thing that is not dual is the joy
What I did: I tried Shri Mataji’s method, Sahaja Yoga. I wasn’t very trustful from the very beginning. Even now, after more that 12 years, I do not believe anything until I verify it. For me, it worked. Sahaja Yoga is so simple that you can learn it in a very short time. It is so extraordinary for me, because it answered to the most important question I had: how can I be happy in this life. It taught me even more, how can I make other people happy and this made me even happier.
