Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization. Self Realization is an awakening of an inner energy called kundalini. This awakening is a completely effortless and spontaneous process and through this awakening an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, integrated and balanced. Through Sahaja Yoga meditation we are able to experience inner peace and joy and see benefits and improvements in all aspects of our lives - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
